What can be arranged
These are small, personal services around renting a car in Dubai. Nothing here involves booking a vehicle for you, taking a commission or passing your details to a hire company. Sessions are unhurried, group sizes are small, and every price below is indicative and confirmed in writing before anything is arranged.
You send or read out the agreement you have been offered, and we go through it clause by clause on the telephone: excess, mileage, fuel, tolls, late return, cross-border wording and the damage assessment method. You end the call with a written list of what to query at the desk.
AED 350
Thirty minutes at the collection point, walking the car with you in both directions under a torch, testing the cooling, checking the rims and the boot floor, and making sure every existing mark reaches the condition report before it is initialled.
AED 450
Ninety minutes on how long-stay agreements differ from weekly ones: where the crossover point falls, what servicing and replacement should include, how mileage allowances compare, and which quiet costs appear in the second month rather than the first.
AED 600
A short session before you travel, covering the documents to carry, the card that will hold the deposit, how to add a second driver properly, which counter offers to decline, and how to inspect a car under poor lighting at the end of a flight.
AED 300
Turning a short hire into a proper trial before you buy anything: which roads to cover, what to put in the boot, who to sit in the back, what to test in the first hour and what to write down each evening while the impression is still accurate.
AED 750
Support at the other end of a hire: the ten-minute return routine, what to insist on if the desk is closed, and help with the wording if a deduction appears that you do not recognise or if a card hold is slow to be released.
AED 400
All prices are indicative and quoted in dirhams. They are confirmed in writing before anything is arranged. Hire charges, deposits, insurance waivers, fuel, tolls and parking are paid by you directly to the hire company and are never included in the figures above.

Read it before you sign
If there is a hire agreement in front of you, or a monthly quotation you are unsure about, a short conversation beforehand usually settles it. Nothing is sold here, no vehicle is booked on your behalf, and no hire company hears your name.
