How this is different
How it works
Five steps from a first telephone call to the closing note once your deposit has come back. Nothing is charged until the third step, and the arrangement can be stopped at any point without a reason being given.

A short conversation
Ten or fifteen minutes on the telephone about what you are hiring, for how long, who else will drive and what worries you about the agreement. A good number of people need nothing beyond that call, and are told so plainly rather than sold something else.

A written outline
If a review, a walk-around or a briefing makes sense, you receive a plain written outline: what is covered, when, what it costs in dirhams, what is not included and how long it will take. Nothing is booked from that outline until you confirm it in your own words.

The session itself
Contract reviews and briefings happen at the Marina Plaza office or by telephone. Walk-arounds happen at the collection bay, at a time arranged with you, and last a full thirty minutes regardless of how busy the desk is on the day.

Your own file
You leave with something usable rather than an impression: photographs and a short video of the car, the condition report as it was signed, the figures for excess and deposit written down, and a return checklist for the other end of the hire.

A quiet follow-up
One short call after the car goes back, and another if the deposit is slow. If a deduction appears, help with the wording of a written request for the repair invoice is included. When the hold is released, the file is closed and that is the end of it.
Sessions are arranged one at a time rather than in groups, and walk-arounds are never double-booked, because a collection bay cannot be hurried. If a session is cancelled by us, anything paid is returned in full.

Read the contract before the queue does it for you
If there is a hire agreement in front of you, or a monthly quotation you are unsure about, a short conversation beforehand usually settles it. Nothing is sold here, no vehicle is booked on your behalf, and no hire company hears your name.
